Everything from a single source: Netstal demonstrates system expertise at K 2016

Netstal will demonstrate its accumulated expertise as a provider of system solutions at K 2016 in Düsseldorf  (October 19–26, 2016, Hall 15, Booth B27/C24/C27/D24). The world's first 128-cavity pipette tip production line with highly efficient handling solution was realized on the basis of an all-electric ELION 2800 together with our partners, Tanner Formenbau and Zubler Handling.

Netstal sets a new standard for thin-wall packaging with the ELIOS 7500 at K 2016

Netstal will present the ELIOS 7500, a new injection molding machine with newly developed, lightning quick electrical clamping unit at K 2016 in Düsseldorf (October 19–26, 2016, Hall 15, Booth B27/C24/C27/D24). In combination with proven technologies on the injection side, users get an extremely high-performance, robust and highly precise machine that is optimally tailored to meet the high demands of the competitive thin-wall packaging market. The ELIOS 7500 will be in continuous operation during the eight trade fair days: With a cycle time of 4 seconds, more than 43,000 round lids with a part weight of 2,8 grams are produced per hour in a 24+24 stack mold.

Unit costs up to 10% lower: Innovation driver Netstal is establishing the highly efficient ICM technology in the thin-wall packaging market

As technology leader, Netstal thinks well beyond the machine and consistently continues to develop application processes so that customers can produce even more successfully. Through injection-compression molding in a stack mold, a technology developed by Netstal together with its system partners, a unit cost reduction of up to 10 percent can be realized with a simultaneous increase in parts quality. Netstal will present the innovative ICM technology in use at K 2016 in Düsseldorf  (October 19–26, 2016, Hall 15, Booth B27/C24/C27/D24).
