EPS Block Moulding Machine
i) Thermosetting Modified EPS Block Moulding machine, R&D according to the physical property of the fire retardance coated EPS granules. Horizontal compress system was used on interior mould board. Fit for 630-730mm EPS block. Compress ratio can reach to 14%, which improve effectively the viscosity, air void, water ratio, heat conductivity and fire retardance, and reduce the deformation ratio. Waste recycle rate can reach to 10%-15%, effectively lower down production cost.
ii) Equipped with surface pressure sensor, which can accurately control the moulding time, guarantee the production ratio, and reduce the deformation ratio.
