Milled carbon fiber. Carbon fiber is a very thin fiber ( 0,005 mm ~0,010 mm) with very high tensile strength and tensile Modulus. Carbon fiber is also electrically conductive and it is this property that is interesting for adding carbon fiber in a milled form to thermoplastics and/or thermosets in order to make these polymers antistatic or electrically conductive. The electrical conductivity of milled recycled carbon fiber is the same as milled virgin carbon fiber but our price is lower due to lower raw material cost. We mill ( grind) recycled carbon fiber into a milled carbon fiber, we can mill as fine as 60 microns. We also produce milled carbon fiber with almost no sizings so therefore free flow. We mill Pan based carbon fiber as well as Pitch based carbon fiber.
Para-aramid fibers are very fine fibers with a very high tenacity, are nonconductive, have a low flammability and have an excellent abrasion resistance. Para- aramid fibers and fabric by-products can be recycled into - a milled para-aramid fiber with various fiber lengths (from 200 microns to 6 mm) for use in gaskets, brakelining,thermoplastics. - staple fiber with a fiberlength of 40 ~60 mm for use in yarnspinning, nonwovens.
PolyPhenyleneSulfide is an aromatic, semi-crystalline high temperature thermoplastic with outstanding chemical properties. Inherent flame retardant. Linear PPS can be spun into fibers and monofilament. We offer recycled PPS staple fibers as well as virgin staple fibers. We also have the capability to reprocess PPS fibers and monofilament fabric by-products into granules.
