PharmASep Pharmaceutical Aseptic Separator Filter Dryer

A fully contained Vibro-Energy Filter Dryer suitable for aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. With a design that eliminates gaps, crevices and hidden areas, the PharmASep proves valuable to those processes handling potent and/or toxic substances where containment is an important issue. The PharmASep, with clean-in-place and steam-in-place capabilities, enables users to properly clean the machine without the need to disassemble and re-assemble, reducing downtime and ultimately increasing productivity. In the case of wet sieving, the PharmASep can dewater the product on the screen, apply vacuum, dry and discharge the dried product, eliminating the necessity for separate vacuum drying.

V3 Dual Motion Shakers

The V3 offers both elliptical and linear motion with just a flip of a switch. Both motions provide benefits, but primarily linear motion offers superior solids conveyance, and elliptical motion generates a much gentler motion and provides excellent screen life.

Benefits of the V3 include few moving parts requiring little maintenance, easy screen changes, adjustable deck angle, clean and compact interior and a sanitary design.

Paper Coating CIP Rectangular Shaker
The SWECO Paper Coating Rectangular Shaker can filter "slurried coating ingredients", "blended virgin coatings", and "return coatings" containing fiber contaminants. With the ability to remove grit and fiber, the SWECO Paper Coating Separator reduces the chances of scratches and other defects in your coated papers. SWECO offers three sound options for a separation process in the Pulp & Paper Industry - the RM-CIP, UM-CIP and V3-CIP Rectangular Separators.

The V3-CIP can be tailored to your process to produce either elliptical or linear motion. The high g-force produced by the patented drive allows for better conveyance and higher throughputs. The CIP features and modular design make the V3-CIP very easy to clean between production runs, and the machine can be polished to eliminate crevices where material tends to get trapped. The hinged cover makes changing screens easier than any other rectangular separator design.

DC Classifier

The DC Classifier™, a multi-functional unit designed to dry, cool and classify all in one machine is developed specifically for the plastics industry, the DC Classifier is perfect for any dry application requiring one, two or all three of its intended functions ... drying, cooling or classifying.

The DC Classifier utilizes either positive or negative air flow to draw moisture and heat away from the particulates to dry and/or cool the material. The material continues through the machine to the classification stages where and oversize and fine particles can be removed.

The DC Classifier was designed with modular decks for easy removal for cleaning in-between process changes when more than one material type or color is processed in the same machine. The classifier can also be designed with casters for trouble-free mobility around the lab or production facility.

Round Separators & Screeners

Behind each Vibro-Energy Round Separator is the SWECO legacy, synonymous with top quality equipment, innovative design, and exacting standards. Since 1942 when SWECO patented the first vibratory separator to today's high yield Vibro-Energy Round Separators, SWECO has continued our tradition of solutions and service.

MX Separator
The latest in round separation design from SWECO is the new generation MX Separator. Currently available in 30-, 40-, 48- and 60-inch diameters, the separator is designed to increase safety, provide stronger construction and allow for a more sanitary process. The totally enclosed weight guard on the MX prevents "reach in" injuries, complying with European CE Standards. The extremely rugged construction of this machine utilizes conical construction rather than flat plates which creates a more rigid geometric structure. Additionally, the open base construction allows for cleaning underneath the unit, therefore preventing dirt and product build-up.

What it does...
Separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes. Particles as fine as 400 mesh (37 microns) can be screened, with up to 4 screen decks incorporated in one SWECO separator. No special flooring or foundation is needed and less working floorspace is required. Simple and efficient design requires less horsepower. Other features include long screen life and ease with which screens may be changed.

How it works...
Basically, the SWECO Separator is a vibratory screening device that vibrates about its center of mass. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. Rotation of the top weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern. Speed and spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency of any screenable product ... wet or dry ... heavy or light ... coarse or fine ... hot or cold.

Super MX Separator
The SWECO Super MX Separator is a heavy-duty option for those processors who require an aggressive separation for their application. Currently available in 48- and 60-inch diameter machines, this high-speed vibratory separator system provides its users with forces as high as 10 Gs and speeds up to 2200 RPM. Made with the same exacting standards and commitment to quality as every SWECO Separator, the Super MX is available for use with all SWECO accessories such as Self-Cleaning Devices, QuickChange Systems, Avalanche Frames, and more.

Bigmax

the BigMax offers high capacity and high performance in the same machine. Known for their durability, reliability and accuracy of separation, GyraMax sifters are used throughout the world to handle the most demanding screening applications such as activated carbon, fertilizer, frac sand, limestone, petroleum coke, plastic pellets, PVC powder, roofing granules, salt, sugar, and more. Now with the introduction of BigMax, SWECO adds high capacity screening to the list of GyraMax features.

With the potential for 240 ft2 (22 m2) of screen area in one machine, the BigMax offers 12 feet (3.7 m) of screen deck length, perfect for long retention time and accurate separations of product.

The BigMax is accommodating enough to allow one to four separations in a single machine, depending on the desired deck configuration. This flexibility is available because of the BigMax’s ability to feed the material at a single point or independently to each deck.

The BigMax allows for quick and easy screen changes with no heavy lifting or tedious clips to engage. The screens can be replaced from either end of the machine without the need to remove the ball trays. And the over- and under-size material from each deck can be sampled individually, eliminating the guesswork about which screen has failed.

SWECO serves the minerals, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper and many other industries with a complete line of separation, sizing and milling equipment.
