SA-U Automatic universal bag making machine

The universal automatic bag making machine type SA-U has been designed to produce a wide range of poly bags for different sectors.
According to Elba philosophy to always update its machines with new solutions, today a new state-of-the-art technology HMI, based on Siemens Profinet® allows to easy set the machine, to save all different recipes and to re-store them when necessary, to discover and solve just in time the problem in case of failure or malfunctioning of the machine, reducing stop-over time and increasing productivity.
Easiness of operation, fast set-up time, reduced scraps and low maintenance complete the SA-U machine characteristics and make it a profitable and reliable investment with a short term payback.
Furthermore, a programmed timing of the weld, combined with an intermittent film indexing system, allows the production of high thickness bags.

SA-V/TVB Automatic high barrier shrink bag making machine

The automatic high speed bag making machine SA-V/TVB has been designed to produce shrinking bags for the vacuum packaging of different kind of foods.

The flexibility of the machine allows to produce a wide range of bags like: side slight seal, wire bottom and side seal, wire radius bottom seal, bullet shape seal and pre-perforated bags.

One of the main characteristics of the machine is the final cross cutting that is independent and separated by the sealing station. This solution, innovative than competitors, allows that the sealing remains in tension until the complete cool down, avoiding the edge curling and allowing the operator to set the distance between the cutting and the sealing itself. The final conveyor table allows to collect bags by stack them, or by taping the bags in fan-like way, and to fold and place them into boxes.

The SA-V/TVB grants the utmost care in sealing quality, as the perish ability and the high worth of the products don’t allows mistakes in this phase. Thanks to the high strength of the sealing and the high performances (200 cycles per minute), the SA-V/TVB is well appreciated in the market and received several awards from the customers, who

highlighted not only the easy to set and use, but the possibility to customize the machine according to their needs. The state-of-the-art HMI allows a complete control of the machine, including all production parameters that can be saved and restored, to

reduce change over time. Last but not least, the flexibility of the SA90TVB is granted by a wide range of optional stations to face the unpredictable market demands.

As each station is independent, servo-driven and plug and play, we engineered the SA-M to be customized according to different production needs, granting the capability to be upgraded later on, without changing the existing structure.
Always focused on our customers’ needs and knowing that energy costs are expensive variables for each manufacturer, we engineered the SA-M with dedicated components that allow recovery of kinetic energy to save energy costs.

The SA-V can run with all mono or co-ex material with PP or PE sealing base, both printed and unprinted, granting high performances and high sealing strength. The sealings can be made in different steps, to grant them a superior quality and mechanical resistance avoiding material stress due to the sealing itself).A wide range of accessories and tools (valve applicator, slider applicator, easy open tools, etc.) are available to meet different customers’ needs and to be promoted in different markets.
