With the AC system it is possible to obtain a higher flocking speed. An AC electric device consisting of a set of special electrodes mounted on an insulated frame is located below each group of flocking hoppers. The AC system is normally used in the field of upholstery fabrics.
The Laminating Group mod. GRA/1 for wet lamination and dry-coat lamination technology.
It is consisting of: - Upper unwinding unit with aligning system of the fabric to be laminated with fabric unwinding position with couples of beam-holder self-closing chucks and manual brake. - Enlarging cylinder. - Laminating cylinder hard chrome plated and ground. It is mounted on vertical slides, it is provided with micrometric adjustment of the working layer and actuated by two pneumatic cylinders for a quick lifting. - Laminating cylinder rubber covered and ground. - Both laminating cylinders are motorized in synchronisation with the rest of the line
Options: laminating cylinder can be heated by diathermic oil or cooled by water according to the technological needs.
The idea behind the engineering and development of coating machines was to obtain the possibility to work with different coating techniques. The new techniques employed are the result of a long experience combined with a dedicated research program by AIGLE during many years spent producing high technology plants.Coating machines are very easy to use and allow many different processing adjustments; they are very versatile machines with a high production yield.
The Brushing Unit mod. SZ3 is used to clean profile from sanding residue before glue application, or from flock residue after vulcanization.
It consists of:
A structure on four wheels, allowing to easily move the machine
Three brushes with natural bristles rotating on two rows, opposed to idle cylinders: 1. two for upper profile side 2. one for lower profile side.
Both rows are independently motorized and equipped with motorized pressure adjustment. For proper dust recovery, each brush has a suction hood connected to a suction unit sealed transparent access doors to avoid dust dispersion.
