BM 180/T/EL mod.800/1100 (Soft Loop & Patch Handle)

Suitable for production of Bags with Soft-Loop Handle & Patch-HandleUniversal Multipurpose complete line Model 800 & 1100 mm suitable for production of LDPE & HDPE Side welded bags, Soft - Loop handle and/or Carrier Bags with/without Patch handle.

The line is completely managed by the PLC, this allows a flexibility of production and an adaptation of the same, to the typology and thickness of the materials to be produced.
All the principal functions of the line can be controlled and managed from an operative panel (LCD touch-screen)

Main Capacity of Machine equal to 180 Bags / Min depending from resin type, thickness and bag length.

Close circuit water cooling pump for nip-roll section

Efficient Sealing unit - turnover system for a quick and easily cleaning of the same
Intellingent Electronic eye (photocell) with different program selection in order to reach proper reading according material and different colours

Mercury 10 colors gearless

10 colors with motorized printing groups and "sleeves change" in machine
The "Mercury" is a rotative Flexo Printer of high precision with the characteristic of the central drum, that guarantees a good quality of printing even on very thin and elastic materials.
Primarily used for works 10+0, it allows to perform printing of quadricromie of high resolution with centesimal precisions of register.
It is mainly used for the printing of plastic materials: LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, PP, PVC.
The strong structure allows to use it also for the printing of paper, with a speed of production up to 300/350 mt/min.

All Models are composed with horizontal printing groups and Doctor Blade chambers completely motorized, that allow to perform all the regulations of the movements, also staying in front of the videocamera of printing control.
The translation of the anilox and portaclichè cylinders has been realized with stepping motors, steel prismatic guides and ballscrew.
Also the longitudinal-transversal registers have been motorized with stepping motors.
All the movements are checked through by the operator with the device "UFO" with a precision of 0,01 mms.

Each printing group is driven independently, and it is provided with electronic sequential split rolls at the stop of printing process and electric ink grinding unit.
They are provided with electric ink pumps circulation complete with stainless steel tanks.
The employed technical solutions of construction, and the "CANTILEVER SYSTEM" for the change of "SLEEVES" both anilox and portaclichè, have allowed to reduce drastically the changes of work.

The "Mercury " Printer is completed as follow:

Automatic edge guide before printing stations
Automatic edge guide before re-winding stations
Heating system by electric batteries
Electric or pneumatic pumps for ink
Videocamera for printing process control
Chiller for temperature control of central drum

The "Marte " printer according to the specific applications, can be provided with the following accessories:

Inversion diagonal system (triangle) for 10+10 on 50% of material
