Container mixer - Choose the original

The MIXACO container mixer is the “jack-of-all-trades” among industrial mixers and is suitable for use in all areas in which high-quality materials are used. It is extremely flexible and offers a volume of 6 to 2000 liters, depending upon model. With its numerous individual tool possibilities, any desired mixing result can be dependably obtained.

General discription:
The container mixing system consists of a mobile container and the actual mixer.
The container serves as transport container, as mixing container during mixing and as reservoir container for the further processing.
The container filled with raw materials is connected with the mixing head of the mixer and turned through 180° into the mixing position.
After mixing has been completed and the mixer has been turned back into its basic position, the mixed product in the container is transported on for the further processing.

In the cleaning position the mixer can be cleaned quickly and without any residues being left.

Container mixer Multi Tool - This is it

Container mixer CM MT “Multi Tool”
The special positioning and use of combination mixing tools results in high dispersions and homogeneity to be achieved without transferring excess mechanical energy into heat in the product.
This makes the MT mixer ideal to process heat sensitive materials previously problematic to process in conventional mixers.
Within the mixing chamber two different material flows are created –the primary flow and the secondary flow.
The slowly running transport tool continuously transports material (primary flow) into the operating area of the crusher drive (secondary flow). The combination of material flows ensure that the material is quickly mixed and high dispersion rates are achieved.

The temperature increase in the MT container mixer is up to ten times less than in conventional mixer– typically between 0.5 and 1°C per minute.

Depending on the mixing task at hand, container mixers may be used purely for homogenisation jobs or to achieve high dispersion rates depending on which additional tools are used.

SPEEDY sack / drum mixer

Mixing without loss of space – that is one strength of the MIXACO Speedy. Because there is no dead space in the round container. During the entire work process – from filling to mixing to transport and emptying - the mixing material remains in the sack or in the drum.

And the Speedy mixer demonstrates its other strength during emptying: Sack/drum and mixer do not have to be cleaned, because the mixing material is not transferred, but rather transported to and from mixing in the sack or drum – a clean and time-saving ideal.

Description:
A MIXACO mixing sack or mixing drum filled with raw materials is attached to the respective retainer in the mixer.
The mixing tool adapted to the mixing task is lowered pneumatically into the material to be mixed. The material in the mixing sack / drum is mixed intensively.

On completion of the mixing task, the mixing tool is returned to its original position and the mixing sack / mixing drum may be removed.
The material to be mixed is weighed, mixed, transported and stored in the mixing sack or drum.

The mixing tool can be replaced with one or several dissolver discs for liquid mixes.

REVOLUTION - gentle mixing system for different applications

Description:
The Revolution mixer is a tool-free mixing system that can be used for different mixing and homogenization tasks. The mixer segments built into the mixing vessel allow the materials to be gently combined during rotation. Because there are no driven mixing tools, no additional energy/heat is passed into the mixing material.

As an option, the Revolution can be fitted with a double jacket which allows specific temperature control of the mixing material because of the flow-optimised design.

Depending on the application, liquids can be added to the mixing process on a controlled basis using a central injection device.

The mixer is moved into the charging and emptying position by the motorized tilting device. The side cover plates on the mixer can be opened for simple cleaning.

Heating Cooling mixer - High performance mixing system

Heating Cooling mixer combinations dependably perform its work, which mainly consists of heating the PVC mixture in the heating mixer and dispersing additives during mixing.
Heating mixer dependably perform its work, which mainly consists of heating the PVC mixture in the heating mixer and dispersing additives during mixing, in order to then apply them to the surface of a PVC-particle. At the same time, moisture is removed from the mixing material through aspiration. After this, the mixing material is cooled down again in the cooling mixer.

The vertical cooling mixer is still a proven partner for the manufacture of small amounts of mixing material. In combination with the heating mixer, it is the most economical mixer combination for throughputs up to 2500 kg/h. The cooling water supply in the cooling zones guarantees high efficiency of the cooling mixer

The heating mixer with horizontal cooling mixer also performs its task with all of its might. Due to the optimum design of the heating and cooling mixer, this mixer combination is ideally suited as a high-performance mixing system, for example for the areas of PVC Dry Blend for window profiles, pipes, films, etc. Targeted cooling water supply ensures the best possible cooling of the three cooling zones. The ideal water speed guarantees high efficiency of the horizontal cooling mixers.
Due to the optimum design of the heating and cooling mixer, this mixer combination is ideally suited as a high-performance mixing system, for example for the areas of PVC Dry Blend for window profiles, pipes, films, etc.

Laboratory mixer - High performance in a small size

Description:
The MIXACO laboratory mixer is the smallest in the MIXACO-product family and is therefore particularly well-suited for mixing small amounts. They are often needed for production monitoring or for product development, for example. But in spite of its compact size and a usable volume of 6 to 12 liters, the little mixer is extremely powerful and versatile.

MIXACO Labor Container mixers have interchangeable containers with a usable volume of 6 to 12 liters. Due to drive motors with frequency converters, the tool speeds can be infinitely adjusted. The tool geometries are adapted to the production mixer. This makes a safe scale-up possible.
