Carbiso™ MF - Milled Fibre

When mixed with a polymer, carbon fibre offers increased mechanical reinforcement and an increase in modulus. The short, random fibres that compose milled carbon fibre also add dimensional stability, resulting in components that are distortion-free. Carbon fibre is electrically and thermally conductive, polymers containing short carbon fibres can be customised for resistivity. From anti-static, through static dissipative to conductive. The unsized Milled Fibres are compatible with most thermoset and thermoplastic matrices.

Carbiso™ PL - Chopped Fibre Pellets

When dispersed in a polymer, carbon fibres offer increased mechanical reinforcement and an increase in modulus. The short fibre, isotropic pellets also allow easy handling and easy compounding to suit most automated feeding and blending systems. Carbiso PL is unique in that the fibres are both long and isotropic, offering optimal strength and conductivity properties. The reclaimed carbon fibres are compatible with most thermosetting and thermoplastic matrices.

Carbiso™ CT - Chopped Fibre Tow

Chopped tow carbon fibre in standard lengths between 6-12mm. Suitable for use with most thermosetting resins. available in large quantities.

Carbon fibres are both electrically and thermally conductive, and polymers containing short carbon fibres can be customized for resistivity - from anti-static, through static dissipative to conductive. Chopped fibres offer higher structural and conductive properties than those of shorter milled fibres.

The sized fibres are compatible with most thermosetting and thermoplastic matrix systems.
