Pellet Scanning System PS400C

Combination of a qualitative on-line product control in norm of production volume and simultaneously quantitative sortation.

Equipped with two oppositely placed 3-CCD-Chip line scan cameras for defect detection with a resolution of 100µm in a throughput of 800kg/h, the system accomplishes a precise defect measuring with high capacity. The storage of particle analysis and their permanent availability assure excellent statistic measuring performance editing and ideal product and process control.

Alternative:  PS400C is equipped with two 1-CCD-Chip line scan cameras, not able to detect coloured deviations, but used to find out particle impurities from 50µm in 800kg/h.

Calender/ TapeTest Equipment

The tape test equipment is used specially for the wire & cable application. The extruded tape is pressed & cooled from both sides using three chill rolls which are placed on top of each other with a defined gap as per the standard requirement (0,5mm). Contaminations (metals, gels, black specks, etc.) can be detected and marked, showing their position, size, shape, etc. by using the marking device. The cutter is responsible for chopping the tape in stripes and seperate the conaminated & non-contaminated in different bins for further analysis.
