KNIVES FOR HEAD CUTTING

We produce knives for head cutting used on extruders, we can make knives working both dry and immersion; we use steels from powders, chromium steels and carbon steels depending on the types of chains the customer is using.

Hardnesses change according to the type of material che client produce.

KNIVES FOR GRINDERS AND CRUSHERS

We product knives from designs or from samples for every kind of grinder, we use steels powders and high alloy steels.

The thermal treatments are made under vacuum conditions, using the most modern plants, in order to reach extremely homogeneous material structures and to avoid possible cracks or yielding that could damage the tool efficient.
