For tool design Rossi Stamp uses the most modern software, including: CIMATRON-IT, FIKUS and CIMATRON –E for design in 3D
To optimise the production Rossi Stamp uses the most modern CNC equipment, including 4 wire-erosion machines, 2 electro-erosion machines, 3 machining centres, 3 grinding machines and several traditional machines all highly automatic.
Rossi Stamp has a test and production facility with 8 lines, including twin and single screw extruders end equipment for co-extrusion.
All the tools are proven in the presence of the customer who must give the final acceptance before dispatch. In addition our technicians are, upon request, always available for technical assistance in our customer’s factory.
Rossi Stamp has always believed in working with an engineering staff made up of young people coming from specialised technical schools, offering them the accumulated experience for the continuity of production and maintenance of the level of quality.
All programmes are rigorously filed and in case of replacement parts or to renew the tooling Rossi Stamp will have detailed records to hand.

The flagship of the Company is the patented technology "Fibreplas".
In 2000 Rossi Stamp patented this new technology with Application no. 00964419.6-EP1220748. The process consists in the means of producing a continuously reinforced extruded profiles with the reinforcement located where required to give the desired properties. The process provides an efficient, cost-effective manufacturing solution for “self-stiffened” continuous profiles, giving improved properties: bending strength, lightness, material perfect cohesion, no thermal conduction, no corrosion, weldable, suitable to different constructive typologies. This technology provides results which may go up to a 500% increase in the flexural stiffness of the profiles, compared to conventional extrusions and a reduction in costs when compared to metallic or pultrusion.
Rossi Stamp produces equipment with single and multiple outlets for small as well as large sized profiles in the following areas of application: building industry, electrical sector, technical profiles, in-outdoor profiles, small profiles, pipes & gutters, panels, flexible elements.
In addition to equipment for extrusion, the company produces complete extrusion lines, automatic machinery and custom made machinery.
Since 1996 the company, takes part in projects of the European Community for the development of new materials and innovative processes.
Rossi Stamp is an Italian company that boasts more than half a century of experience in design, development, manufacturing and sale of dies and calibrators for the extrusion of profiled sections including all plastic materials.
