Targi Kielce ranks second among Central and Eastern Europe trade fairs centres
Targi Kielce, one of the two leaders on Polish market offers 90,000 m2 of the exhibition space including 7 exhibition halls of 36 000m2 equipped with all modern utilities. Targi Kielce in numbers – over 210,000 trade fair visitors and guests from 56 countries, almost 6,500 exhibitors and 185 000 m2 of the exhibition space leased.
There are 70 events in Targi Kielce calendar – a whole array of trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences including PLASTPOL – the most international fair in Poland, MSPO –one of three major events in Europe dedicated to defence industry, AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA – the only fair of this kind in Europe, SACROEXPO – the largest European fair devoted to sacral products and services, and AGROTECH – agricultural fair which boasts the highest visitor attendance rate.
Targi Kielce is the organiser of conferences, concerts and sports events. In August 2010, Poland’s most modern exhibition hall was put into operation; this 5355 m2 pavilion can be used as the venue for congresses and events for 4,500 attendants. In December 2010 the construction of the Congress Centre for over 1000 participants commenced. The new facility will be operational in the second half of 2013; at the same time the centre’s infrastructure will also be supplemented with a multi-storey car park designed for 480 vehicles.
Targi Kielce accounts for one third of Polish trade fair and exhibition market share. The Kielce exhibition centre has been rated second among the Central and Eastern European trade fair organisers with respect to the space leased rate and the number of exhibitors and thus has overtaken HUNGEXPO Budapest, České Budějovice Fair or Kiev International Contract Fair.
