LaborForma 1500x1300x700

LaborForma is a Single station thermoforming machine with a high technological content though maintaining easy use and control.

The machine, full electric, is equipped with brushless motor for the moving of the working table. It can be fitted with numerous items which make it possible to maximize the production yield.

Its main features are: quartz heating elements, electric plug assist with 4 columns, Magnetic window frame (Patented), Upper reduction frame (Patented), easy mould changeover (max.15 minutes, with following production advantages) even in full automatic mode, and lower frame with rotary adjusting.

The machine control system is through PC, with COMI control software and interface. Learning is easy and intuitive. Nonetheless, both full diagnostics and quality control of the process are assured.

Moreover, LaborForma can be equipped with automatic loading/unloading, both for sheet and for coil.

The best application fields are the refrigerators (Innerliners and Innerdoors), sanitary (bath-tubs and shower panels) and automotive (bumpers, dashboards, ...).

Laborforma

The thermoforming machines of the LaborForma series, are suitable for working plastic materials HIPS / ABS / PMMA / PP in cycle, with thickness up to approx. 8 mm and PVC up to 3 mm. If equipped with dedicated accessories, they can also process materials reel-to-reel up to approx. 1 mm if rigid, higher if flexible. These machines are suitable for the production of any thermoformed article: articles for the bathroom furniture (bathtubs, tubs, shower trays, shower walls), articles for household appliances (refrigerators, containers, vacuum cleaners), illuminated signs, helmets, etc ... Laborforma is a one working station machine, where plastification and forming take place. The material loading/unloading is manual, or optional if conceived with a specific optional. Moulds whose forms can be positive or negative relating to the material sliding line are used.

Standard The thermoforming machines mod. BasicLine and Superline of Standard line are composed of a series of in line stations which make the forming process fully automatic. They are suitable to work in automatic cycle plastic material in sheet (ABS and HIPS) with thickness from 0,5 to 8 mm. The thermoforming machine mod. Standard is a universal system suitable for the production of household refrigerator inner doors and liners, which does not need any additional adjustments. BasicLine machine is equipped with an heating station, while the SuperLine one is furnished of two heating stations. The forming process is obtained through the establishment of vacuum in the mould. The shaped material is formed by the use of positive or partially negative moulds with respect to the plastic material sliding line. New Generation thermoforming

BasivLine / SuperLine New Generation

The thermoforming machines mod. BasicLine and Superline of New Generation line are composed of a series of in line stations which make the forming process fully automatic. The other peculiarity of this machine is the use of the Cooling System which allows a rapid cooling of the thermoformed slice. The shaped material is formed by the use of positive or partially negative moulds with respect to the plastic material sliding line. COMI was established in 1973 with the aim the designing and production of thermoforming machinery, specifically for the refrigerator sector, becoming in short time a milestone for multinational corporations of the sector.
