Using FLOW.CONTROL, the profile sections are slowed down or accelerated – variably and accurately, with hot or cold air. And nearby solid profile sections are not affected.
• HEATER CAGE AND CENTRAL PLUG
A single central plug connection between the die and extruder prevents confusion. This new heater cage increases safety as well as productivity.
• DRY CALIBRATION
The RED.TOOLING dry calibrator impresses with its extremely efficient usage of valuable resources such as water and energy. In addition, it scores high with increased cooling performance.
• POST DRY CALIBRATOR (PDC)
Due to direct cooling in the PDC tank, process stability is improved and quality fluctuations are minimized. The smart use of direct water also reduces energy consumption.
• VACUUM TANK
The vacuum tank is nearly noiseless, highly transparent and almost unbreakable. It reduces water consumption by up to 50%, and significantly reduces energy costs due to GESS.
• ROLLER TEMPLATES
The roller templates improve the surface quality, resulting in up to 90% fewer scratches on the profile. No additional wire EDM is necessary, which allows for faster reaction times and decreased downtime.
