Power cables telecommunications robotics, automotive fiber optics security cables, etc. The operating temperature must be between -40°C to +125°C. With our grades it is possible to produce cables with very high resistance to fire, oils, hydrocarbons and many other chemical and natural agents.
These materials are provided both transparent and in any other colouring requested by customers and with a hardness between 40 and 98 Sh. A.Mixtures with rubber or polyurethane are also available. Mixtures are conceived to give the product more elastic properties and resistance to abrasion, oils, hydrocarbons and other chemical agents.
Fainplast offers both rigid and flexible materials specifically designed to suit this type of processing. In our laboratories we study the rheology of our materials accurately so that the customer’s mould is always filled in the best and quickest way. These materials are used in the injection moulding of junction boxes, hydraulic and electric fittings, footwear,
Fainplast was founded in Ascoli Piceno in March 1993. In a short time the company has obtained a predominant role in the selective market of plastic compounds. The production capacity, with 16 automatic lines, will reach in 2014, almost 80.000 tons/year. The considerable productive flexibility of the plant and the research and development capability of an highly equipped laboratory allow the company to work on different markets with competitive and reliable products. Fainplast produces rigid and flexible PVC granulates for extrusion, injection and blow moulding, medical PVC compounds, polyolefin based grades for the wire and cable industry, foam crosslinkable EVA for injection moulding and some special elastomeric grades for extrusion.
