TX2 robot range

Consistent Performance exceeding your demands - TX2 robots with integrated safety functions for Man Robot Collaboration
The robots of the TX2 robot generation offer an optimum balance of speed, payload, rigidity, size and envelope. The broad range of high performance and safe robots are renowned for dynamic stability and trajectory control as well as for their JCS/JCM patented reduction gear sytem. Stäubli is worldwide known as pioneer and global leader in closed structure robots. The entire new TX2 family with reach radius ranging from  515 to 1450 mm will be available in sensitive environment versions (Humid Environment, cleanroom, supercleanroom and stericlean).
The safety functions like safe calibration, safe stop, safe tool and safe zone are easy and inexpensive to implement. They allow a higher level of interactions between robots and human operators, while still guaranteeing protection of your people, production and investment. Stäubli is offering one robot for both fast and collaborative applications.

TS SCARA range

Consistent High performance with minimal maintenance needs increasing your performance advantage

Stäubli Robotics offers a comprehenisve range of TS SCARA robots. TS SCARAs are suitable for almost any application in all conceivable production environments. The TS-series SCARAs are characterized by exemplary dynamics and precision - factors that especially qualify the machines for demanding applications subject to stringent cycle time criteria. They are capable of so much more: their compact design, their ease of integration, a user-friendly uniform control platform and a multitude of interesting features contribute to the added value of this premium robot.
Capable of 140 picks per minute at a repeatability of +/- 0.01 millimeters, SCARA's are among the fastest and most precise machines of the world market. They cover load ranges up to a maximum of eight kilograms.

TS SCARA's benefits: rigid structure offering a precise trajectory performance even in the most demanding applications; large work envelope featuring 200 or 400 mm stroke versions ensuring greater appliation and layout possibilities; Multiple attachment methods for a flexible workcell design.

FAST picker TP80

High-speed kinematics for applications in the plastics industry

The highly four-axis kinematics are set to revolutionize applications such as picking, sorting and packaging in the shortest possible cycle times. This machine can cope with well over 200 picks per minute, handling weights of up to 0.1 kilos. Even higher loads up to a maximum of 1.0 kilos hardly impair its performance. The world's only closed structure overpressurised IP65 picker has been designed for consistent reliability and precision.
The four-axis robot can operate in large work spaces with a diameter of 1.6 meters and achieves an impressive repeatability rate of +/- 0.05 mm. High precision is guaranteed, even after many thousands of operating hours.
The TP80 has a ready interface with vision camera for parts orientation and a 200 mm Z stroke option for deeper parts sorting and packaging.

Stäubli unveils TX340 SH shelf robot

Stäubli Robotics has extended its product range with the introduction of the TX340 SH shelf robot. This kinematics solution has been designed to plug any remaining gaps in customer specification for plastics processing in the automotive industry.

Over the years, Stäubli has listened attentively to feedback from customers and responded by creating a range of products tailored to sector-specific needs – the Plastics robot series developed in close collaboration with actual users.

The TX340 SH shelf robot is the optimum machine available for every conceivable job in the plastics industry. But the six-axis model will also be the robot of choice for other applications, for example in combination with die casting and toolmaking plant.

A quick look at the data sheet points up just how powerful the new machine is, with loading capacity and range immediately catching the attention. The six-axis robot can handle a mighty 165 kilos without compromising on reach – a full 3.68 metres. And yet the nimble six-axis robot maintains a very precise repeatability of ± 0.1 mm over its entire working range. The shelf robot has been designed to IP65 ingress protection standard for use in harsh industrial environments.
