Non-contact melting process using radiation and gas convection with hot exhaust gases that are directed at the weld seam via the burner element:

Complex technical plastics with higher temperature resistance can be joined in a 2-stage process without the melt that is generated sticking to the hot plate.
Greatly reduced oxidation of the material thanks to low oxygen content of the hot gas.
Operation with natural gas, very attractive energy balance compared to all other melting processes.

Joining of thermoplastics using heat and pressure:

Horizontal or vertical movement of the parts being joined during the 2-stage production process.
Depending on the specific application and lot sizes, machines are designed as semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines, manually loaded fully-automatic machines, systems with upstream turntables, or complete turntable systems.
