Pre heating of the metal carrier

Gas-powered machine for the fast heating of sheet metal carrier support profiles before they are covered by rubber skin in the extrusion tool.

Shock heating device

Fast preliminary pre shocking of profiles at short reaction space. We offer gas and electric-powered machines with various heat intensities and modulation options for this purpose.

Preliminary shocking by using infrared radiation, gas driven ceramic burner and by using hot air. Mobile pre shocking machines are also available.

Shock channels

We use modular, compact 3 m shock channels with driven rollers and with or without a feed conveyor belt, that machine type especially in order to increase efficiency. Shock temperatures of up to 550 ° and high air speeds create an optimal heat transfer. The result: fast stabilisation of profile geometry and high production speeds

High performance shock channels with microwave, available with or without exhaust air cleaning

High performance shock channel with microwave support available with or without integrated exhaust air cleaning (PCT). Environmental and energy-saving operating principle. The modular structure in 3 m zones comprises shock, microwave and hot air zones. Optional profile transport on driven rollers or conveyor belt. Different microwave power levels can be realised depending on weight per metre. Various options extend the range depending on requirements and customer demands. This results in high production speeds, smooth and matt profile surface, fine cell structure for foam rubber, fast solidification of profile geometry.

Hot air channels with and without exhaust air cleaning

Modular hot air channels with or without integrated exhaust air cleaning (PCT). Environmentally friendly and energy-saving operating principle. Can be used as a soaking zone, drying or vulcanisation machine. Modern burner technology enables high modulation rates and energy-saving operation.

Tri-belt

Hot air vulcanisation for flexible profiles and hoses on three belts, each with a separate drive. Long overall process length with a compact structure available with or without integrated cooling.

Cooling channels

Noise-reducing, effective profile cooling by spray, flush or submersion cooling for flexible and rigid products. Modular 3 m zone structure of the machines with or without blowing system. Mobile cooling channels with or without product conveyor belt.

Haul-off device

Controlled removal of profiles and hoses with automatic slip compensation. Various profile dimensions and removal forces can be taken into account.
