PTFE/PFA/TFM films and Laminated Cross Films

Extraordinary chemical resistance, exceptional gliding and none stick characteristics as well as high temperature resistance qualifies our PTFE films and foils for numerous applications.

The high flexibility and extreme drawing characteristics allows PTFE films and foils to be fitted around sharp edges and tight curves. This makes PTFE foils and films suitable for cable wrapping, electrical insulating, tank lining as well as anti-damp and corrosion protection.

synthetica Fluorplastics GmbH offers PTFE films and foils in skived and cast format from 0,025mm to 4 mm at widths up to 1.500mm.

In order to increase the tear strength and stability of these films and foils, a so called Crossfilm has been developed. This material is so stabile that it can be used for transport belts in the food industry. Ask our team of experts for details.

We also supply PTFE films and foils as compounds, i. e. with fillers such as glass and graphite. Etched one side materials allowing for adhesion also belong to our product line as well as self-adhesive PTFE films and foils.
