Nozzle Band Heaters find their usage at injection moulding machinery in the polymer processing industry. They melt dense and safeguard the temperature on the crucial spots. They are further suitable for Hot Runner tools, for transferring tubes with bitumen processing, for bag sealers, for filling devices (food industry) and for special purpose machinery manufacture. They are proven as reliable OEM equipment for several common machinery types.
Our Tubular Heaters out of own production are mainly used at liquid baths, air heaters, hot runner systems, screw-in tubular heaters, flange heaters, heat registers, heat exchangers, continuous flow heaters and for tool heating. Furthermore they are used for the production of our Cast Heaters.

The complete in-house manufacturing offers a high degree of flexibility within the entire workflow since four decades. After on site technical consultation 3D design is carried out with SolidWorks. The self-produced tubular heating elements and optimized layout ensures an extremely uniform temperature profile. Constantly improved casting processes in gravity and sand casting in our foundry, machining on CNC milling centers and grinding machines provide a high casting quality. Tubular Cartridge Heaters are the ideal heating for injection moulding tools. They are suitable for the heating of spigot automats and for mandrel heaters, e.g. with tube extrusion. Further to this Tubular Cartridge Heaters find their application within hot runner systems, at machinery nozzles and within die-cast production.
Type PE, PDE, PDS/PDZ, PDH/PZH, HPS/HPZ, Type 0, EP
Cartridge Heaters find their usage especially in tool heaters, die slots, special machinery construction, screen changers and filter devices in the polymer processing industry, with packaging machinery and for air heating. Type 0 Cartridge Heaters without jacket are suitable for air heating and for installation in dip pipes. Type EP Screw-in Cartridge Heaters are used for direct heating of solid, fluid and gaseous mediums. They are made for horizontal fitting. Screw-in Cartridge Heaters are suitable for various applications as heating of water containers, oil tempering, plating solutions, air and tools.
Flat and Frame Heaters are generally used on tools of the extrusion-, injection moulding, automold as well as on tools for distortion. They are especially suitable for extrusion tools, for diverters, for flat dies, for blow moulding technology, for all types of material pre-heating, for rubber processing, for sealing machinery and for hot and welding bars.
Heat-Cool-Combinations are mainly used in the extrusion sector. In individual cases they are as well suitable for processing PVC or similar materials on injection moulding machinery. They find as well application with Recycling devices.
