LIBSTAT - 95 is one of the most important and
widely used Antistatic agent. LIBSTAT - 95 is a new
generation, high activity Nitrogen free Antistat/Lubricant,
specially effective in providing static electricity control
in a large variety of Thermoplastic Polymers like
Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polyvinyl Chloride etc.
SUGGESTED USE LEVELS:
0.1% to 0.5 % for LDPE/LLDPE films
0.2% to 0.5 % for PP films
0.3% to 2.0 % for PP injection / HDPE moulded items.
0.5 % to 1.0 % for EPS moulding.
0.5 % to 1.0 % for plasticized PVC
3.0 % to 5.0 % for rigid PVC

Libwax - C is a unique Grade of fatty bis amide,
manufactured to provide the ultimate performance in
plastics processing. Its molecular configuration
combines an excellent balance of polar and non polar
groups. This chemical structure provides the proper
solubility and compatibility relationship that enables
Libwax - C to function as an internal /external lubricant
in almost all thermoplastic and thermoset systems.
Libwax - C is used in nearly all major plasticp rocessin g
operations, finding application as a lubricant, mold
release agent, anti block and slip a dditives and as a
dispersant for pigments and flame retardants.
When incorporated into plastic molding powder,
Libwax - C facilitie the powder’s flow into all parts of the
mold. It also improves pigment dispersion and m old
release and by reducing friction, it reduce static charges,
thereby reducing dust pick up. Libwax - C is also
recommended as a mold release agent for Acetal and
PBT. Libwax - C is used as antiblocking and Slip agent
for thermoset & thermoplastic resins.

LIBWAX PE-1 is an external lubricant for PVC
calendaring, Extrusion and Injection Molding.
LIBWAX PE-1 does not affect transparency of the
product when used @ 0.05 to 0.1 phr.

Stabilizers (Pb, Tin, Ba-Cd).
