In order to increase moulding capacity at its facilities in Katwijk the company has invested in a new Arburg injection moulding machine. The Dutch production site now has six injection moulding machines. It is specialised in the processing of soft materials such as TPEs and liquid silicone rubber. The company started its injection moulding production at the Dutch site after it moved its rubber activities to the Hungarian production site in 2001. Parts produced include gaskets, grommets and dampers for the automotive industry, precision seals and valves for the heating industry as well as parts for consumer and medical appliances.The family owned company Dutch Zorge, established in 1952, comprises ISO and TS certified production facilities in the Netherlands and Hungary. The company has specialised in injection moulded rubber, TPE, and silicone parts. Besides two-component injection moulding it also manufactures parts with press, die cutting and water jet cutting techniques. It mainly supplies customers in the automotive and heating industries, the electro-technical and medical industries.
