Polyplex (Thailand) Public Co Ltd is re-evaluating a US$70 million (CNY474.08 million) PET film expansion project in terms of its scope, location and technology, but says the timing is definite to revive the development which was put on hold in the second half of 2008 due to global economic downturn.
