The kai - training initiative was launched by associations, organizations and educational institutions from the plastics industry.

The processing of plastics is constantly taking on new forms. We are now experiencing how a new future-oriented production technology is being developed: The 3D print. The importance of this technology for tool technology, component production, medical technology and the consumer goods industry is thus immense.

Industrie 4.0 on the air in the VDMA TV Pavilion

Industrie 4.0 – Working for you!

Industrie 4.0 creates added value. Experts will be discussing how in the VDMA television studio. Visitors to the fair will be able to follow the discussions live every day on the spot. Each day of K 2016 is devoted to a particular aspect of Industrie 4.0, which will be discussed in depth by a panel of experts. An introductory programme entitled "Industrie 4.0 for Plastics and Rubber Machinery" will also be shown each day. VDMA member firms will also use (end) products to demonstrate how their Industrie 4.0 technologies are successfully deployed in production and service.

The brokerage event “meet@K” supports you in your targeted search for international business partners. It is very simple to take part: Register on the brokerage event website with your company profile and your offer or request. Arrange B2B talks in advance with exhibitors and visitors participating in the brokerage event. The meetings will take place on the Gallery in hall 6 on 20 and 21 October 2016.
