Beside the strong and steady growth of Purplan, the jury honoured the promotion of young talents, the technical progress and the sustainability-oriented approach of the plant manufacturer from Wallenhorst, Germany. This is the reason why finally Purplan prevailed against the four other companies from Lower Saxony, which were also nominated.[image_0] Since the company's founding in 2003, the number of employees in the headquarters has risen up to 125 until now. As well, additional company sites have been opened: 2009 in Shanghai, 2011 in Freimersheim, Germany, and in the USA.
