During the first few years after moving to PolyOne he grew a team of scientists as PolyOne's European R & D Manager. In 2009, shortly after PolyOne's acquisition of GLS, he became Global Product Manager, and was tasked with integrating the product portfolios, harmonising pricing policies, managing new product introduction. In this role he lead a global team of product managers that delivered multi-million dollar savings earning them PolyOne's Chairman's Achievement Award for best practice in Commercial Excellence. During this time he also developed the European organisation, implementing a new sales and business development team in the region.In his new position as Global Marketing Director Page leads a team responsible for marketing, product management and new business development. He has a BEng in Materials Technology from Coventry University. Page has published multiple technical papers and patents.
