PFF buys second continuous panel laminating system from BGA

The new equipment will be operational in the first quarter of 2012 and will run in parallel with the existing line allowing for more than double the current production. According to the company, PFF has been providing structural insulation services since 1969 and has used BGA equipment for the last 20 years to help meet customer standards where speed of erection, lightness of weight, and thermal efficiency are required. Dan Garner, PFF Plant Manager, stated: "Our new BGA continuous panel laminating system will not only guarantee each panel is produced to meet rigid appearance and performance standards, but also increase efficiencies and cost savings with BGA's new spray glue system. Over the last 20 years we have produced millions of feet of product and have been impressed with the longevity and reliability of BGA equipment. When it came time for a capital improvement purchase, BGA was our preferred supplier.” Graeme Clark, BGA Director of Sales and Marketing, noted: "We are pleased to continue our long-term relationship with PFF and Mr. Garner, and look forward to assisting them in providing the superior product their customers have come to know and expect.”
