Full-scale operation is slated to commence in May, with output targeted at Thailand, elsewhere in Southeast Asia, and West Asia, as well as utilizing FTA (Free Trade Agreement) and EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement) to strategize global sales.
The Thai production subsidiary will be Nissei's second overseas production outpost, joining the existing one in Taicang, China. The new Thailand production site is located in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong Province, 117 km southeast of Bangkok and 30 km east of Laem Chabang Port. Built-up area of 5130 m2 includes a production hall 4050 m2 in size.
