MVR absorbs NextLife, offers turnkey recycled resin/marketing program to brands

Recycled resin supplier, MVR (Boca Raton, FL) has acquired sustainable packaging branding company, NextLife, giving it an opportunity to provide recycled resin, and a marketing program around that material, to its customers. NextLife offers support to brand owners interested in sustainable packaging providing post consumer recycled (PCR) resin sourcing, product life cycle assessments (LCA), sustainable package design, product-marketing support, and the development of retail-based closed-loop recycling programs. All NextLife certified packaging contains 25% to 100% PCR materials and includes proprietary FDA approved grades. In addition, all materials are certified via a third party LCA.

Ronald Whaley, president and CEO of MVR, said in a release that the addition of NextLife will help promote its recycled resin and sustainable packaging in general.
