ISPA: Post-master degree on "Bioresource Composites: Innovation and Ecodesign”

Catering to a market the EU expects will make up 20% of global polymer production in 2020-2030, the Academy of Plastics Processing (Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie, ISPA, Alençon / France; www.ispa.asso.fr) and the Academy of Wood Sciences and Technology (Ecole Supérieur du Bois, ESB, Nantes / France; www.ecoledubois.fr) have created a post-master training programme on "Bioresource Composites: Innovation and Ecodesign.”

Starting in autumn 2010, students will be able to learn about eco-design for wood and polymer-based composites and develop composites that combine lingo-cellulosic materials with polymers. The cost of the course, which is designed for engineers and high-level professionals and runs for a year, is EUR 9,000.
