Ferromatik Milacron: Andreas Westhäußer new head of customer service

Injection molding machine manufacturer Ferromatik Milacron announced today that Andreas Westhäusser (31) will head the company's SERVTEK customer service division effective immediately. For the past three years Andreas Westhäusser has served successfully as acting director of SERVTEK. The position reports directly to the managing directors. Markus Klaus, who previously headed SERVTEK, left the company in September.

Under Andreas Westhäusser customer service is undergoing an in-depth review. The focus is on optimizing every part of the division's operation to ensure maximum availability, both in terms of customer access and spare parts. In addition, the review will lead to expanded retrofitting services in order to help more customers bring existing machines up to current standards.

"We want to offer world-class customer service. In Andreas Westhäusser we have found the right person to make that happen,” said Gerold Schley, managing director of Ferromatik Milacron. "Our priority is friendly, fast, expert service for our customers,” said Andreas Westhäusser. "Our customers should always feel well cared for, regardless of whether they need a simple spare part, or an assistance with a complex technical challenge.”

Andreas Westhäusser has a degree in business administration and has been with Ferromatik Milacron's customer service for ten years - first as a purchaser, then heading the spare parts group, and finally as acting head of the division.
