Carbon nanotubes in the spotlight during ANTEC speaker’s speech


The scientist leading plastics developments at one of Korea's leading conglomerates has agreed to be a plenary speaker at next week's ANTEC 2011 conference. Soo Myung Choi, vice president, R&D business labs, for Hyosung Corp., will be a plenary speaker at ANTEC 2011. Choi will speak on Monday, May 2, in a presentation titled, "Carbon Nanotubes, Electrospinning and Aliphatic Polyketones."

Choi replaces Samsung's Young Kim, who was previously scheduled to speak but will be unable to attend. Hyosung is a conglomerate active in fibers, textiles, power systems, green energy, trading and chemicals, industrial machinery and more. ANTEC is the annual technology conference organized by the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE); this year the event will be held May 1-5 at the Hynes Convention Center and the Boston Marriott Copley Center Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts....
