To confirm a substantial development, Campetella Robotic Center will attend next K2013 event with as many as 5 systems in addition to the new line of Cartesian robots X-SeriesEVO. In such occasion we will launch the new rotative SP3 sprue pickers, the Skill mini and the CL2 model, joined to complete the already vast range of 3 axis machines.
An IML application with excellent performance will be working at our stand (Hall12 Stand C16): a pail with 250 mm of height will be molded, with intervention time into the IMM of 0.9 seconds and total cycle time of less than 5 seconds. We realized this system thanks as well to our experience in MotoGP that allowed us to develop carbon structural parts. Such system is based on Modula automation and it is a benchmark for the applications of this category. Our technological partners will be BMB for the IMM, TGM for the mould and Verstraete for the labels.
At ENGEL stand (Hall15 Stand C58) we will exhibit an automation for the extraction of 16 molded boxes on a stack-mold mould. Here as well, we took up the challenge of the intervention time in the IMM always carrying on the philosophy of simple and versatile solutions: SM3 robot with double fast axis is Campetella’s answer. The mould is produced by Stack-tech.
In cooperation with Netstal, we will exhibit a system for extraction, palletizing and packaging of glasses. The automation will consist of a side-entry robot SM2 together with an articulated ABB robot; Lafer Packaging will supply the packaging machine. The working isle can be viewed at Netstal stand (Hall 15 Stand D24).
We will attend the exhibition also with an IML entry level system on single-cavity pail. At Tederic stand (Hall15 Stand A57) it will be possible to view the IML application realized with a top entry robot.
Finally, at GUZZINI ENGINEERING stand (Hall 1 Stand C29) we will implement an SP3 sprue picker on vertical IMM for the handling of silicon moulded parts.
