Better Results with TriVolution or a free iPad

B&P Technology Demonstration and Development Center - USA

SAGINAW, MICHIGAN, 7 October 2013 - TriVolution – Next Generation Technical Compounder from B&P Process Equipment (Hall 13, Booth 91-34) will be at K-Fair 2013. At the booth will be a unique interactive display unit which will allow you to become educated on the operating principals behind what Compounding World Magazine described as “the most recent major development in compounding technology,” The B&P TriVolution Tri-Kneader offers the widest processing window of any continuous compounder available on the market, allowing compounders to seize opportunities on-demand.

The B&P Technology Center, located in the United States, has a TriVolution 60mm pilot line that can be used for testing customers’ challenging applications. Here, customers’ products and processes are evaluated on a pilot plant scale. B&P Process Engineers and Laboratory Technicians handle dozens of such confidential evaluations each year. Complete process data is generated to finalize the formal proposal for the buyer. Successful extrapolations of these data to production equipment have been well documented over the years!

B&P is highly confident of the performance of the TriVolution, that it will perform better than a customers’ existing compounder, on that there is a guarantee. If the test is unsuccessful, the customer is provided the test free of charge and given a free iPad. The TriVolution has shown that, compared to existing compounding lines, better results are achieved. Better results have included increased throughput at slower speeds, higher capacity in a small machine footprint, lower energy required for production, and a wider process window for greater flexibility and versatility.

This guarantee is open to all customers, and B&P welcomes the opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of TriVolution.
