American Innotek talks growth through acquisitions

Earlier this month, American Innotek announced it will acquire Advanced Thermoforming Enterprise (ATE).

American Innotek is a diversified consumer products company and parent to Westminster, CA.-based InterTrade Industries, a heavy and thin gauge plastic thermoformer, which is combining with ATE and will now be known as ATE-InterTrade.
